Today the bit I can recall had something to do
with getting an email saying that someone at a popular website had
received a message regarding something I had written (not anything real
though), which included my actual personal information. They were
wondering if this was something I was hoping would happen, due to them
apparently feeling from my previous writing that I had been working
towards this kind of disclosure.

........ Feish, You haven't checked your messages here. Last night I sent you a PM saying your dream topic has blossomed, because people are talking about dreams in a new topic "Astral Projection" and "Sacred Symbolism" in the Oracle.

Also, a bit of sleep paralysis on nodding off
last night. Someone thought it would be funny to press a basketball or
some such thing on the back of my head while i was laying face down.
Couldn't breath, couldn't move, half awake, woke up and only five to
ten minutes had passed from when I lay down. Have to remember to lay on
my side when falling asleep.

Anyone else had that kind of thing happen? For me it's almost always while laying stomach down. What do you make of it?

The only sleep paralysis I've had is when I'm running from someone in a dream and my feet feel like lead.

I can only sleep on my back and sides. If I sleep on my stomach with my face pressed into a pillow I feel like I'm going to suffocate, and if I turn my head to the side I get a stiff neck.

According to sleep positions, a person who sleeps on their stomach in a swastika position is the most well balanced, and the fetal position means you're screwed up. I love the fetal position, especially when I'm cold. I think psychologists make this shit up to sell books.

Well, I tend to have not so good dreams anytime I fall asleep on my back.

About all that happens right in front of our eyes that we don't see with the mind's eye........isn't it mindblowing that we don't even know what's going on, ALL AROUND US.
Not until we leave our bodies.......

The idea of leaving my body was scary ....... but seeing what's happening right in front of me makes me want to leave. Reality we got now is so messed up that lots of us want out. I want to travel like an intergallactic gypsy. I know I gotta do it on my own. Where else can I talk about this and get feedback from friends?

We shouldn't limit ourselves. They put limits on us everywhere we turn. They don't own our imaginations.
