Shakti - the Female Energy Empty Shakti - the Female Energy

Post  gardener Sat Feb 09, 2008 4:40 pm

Nice info, enjoy - posted earlier by Hermes!

for the woman:
All goddesses of the world are manifestation of Shakti, the mother of All,
who has many names and forms. In Indian folklore, for example, Tara is a healer,
who quides you safely through emotional flouds, Shodashi is the beautiful ever-
young maiden who loves you, and Kali is the destroyer, who, however, help you
to overcome ignorance and fear of death. They all are aspects of the Goddess.

Shakti, the Basis is the underlying power of the divine,
the aspects of the divine that permits and provokes creative activity,
a creative force, personified as goddess. Goddess as Shakti: the male
gods contribute their strength and rigor to the goddess, who epitomize
power, action and strength in the battle with the demon Maya ,
the Delusion is the power that deluded an individuals into thinking
themselves to be the center of the world, the power that prevents
individuals from seeing things as they really are. It impels
individuals into self centered, egotistical actions

For men to
fully understand women and for women to realize their nature and be it,
both have to come to understanding of the Shakti, the Goddess, or the
Kundalini energy, the feminine of the Universe.

According to Eastern Asian path of spirituality, Spirit, or Shen,
which is a God within has a Yang (male) quality and has been defined as
the force behind consciousness and thought.

Essence, or Jing, has a Yin (female)
quality and is defined as the force within the body that is the basis
of all growth, development and sexuality.

This is the Goddess.

Everything in life can be done in two ways: with force or with love
Woman,
your temple and your guide is your body.Embrace yourself with love, and
love your body, however it looks. Your body, being loved by you,

Calling yourself a "Goddess" is not an outrage of ego. In fact, when I say
to myself "I am the Goddess" or someone else calls me "Goddess" I feel
uncomfortable. But when I say to myself: "I am integrated into the
Goddess of the Universe, I am a part of Her, and therefore, I am Her"

Quote:
I would like to post a letter of a MAN who understands WOMEN and their power.

1. Women that are
taking power are made to believe that they should act like men in order
to be "powerful" and get respect, but what we really need are powerful
women, not a man in a woman's body.

2. Women fell that there
only power over men is through their sex, it is one of the many powers
that a woman has but it is definitely not the most powerful or the only
one, discover the rest.

3. There is becoming a sort of hatred
towards men. I am a man and I understand where these women are coming
from. Man has caused much trauma and pain. Man has been disrespectful.
Man has founded & perpetuated this culture who has killed the true
woman. But man and woman make one being the true Adam they should serve
each other. And we should all assist in the reconstruction of both our
men and women.

YOU AS A WOMAN HOLD ALL THE MYSTERIES OF LIFE WITHIN YOUR WOMB.
The woman is the first initiator and the first teacher of the fundamentals of LOVE
which is the highest of all things. Please help other's to reawaken their Love.

This is the highest power of Woman and Man.

I think one of the things that happened was that one person wanted to get away from all the negativity and Tsauronites and have a more peaceful forum. Unfortunately, most of the crowd is not into those things......anyway feel free to come by the PP once in awhile.
I'm all for those kind of forums like the PP. Meanwhile I go exploring, I really would really like to learn.

In life I can't tolerate certain energies, that's why it's a love/hate relationship I have with these kind of forums. I MUST REALIZE the internet is a part of MAYA/delusion.

Anyway, I think everyone in the Castle here are a pretty neat crowd! king

It's a shame. I thought the puddingpalace could have potential.

But 3 1/2 posts a day is no fun.

Maybe my fault; I suggested Thaiz to drop the mtsar thread. Which I still think was the right thing to do.

Bobber ..... I don't post on PP because Neti, Thaiz and Dice seem to be the only posters. There was a bunch of stupid melodrama when Thaiz fired me as moderator, and Thaiz just doesn't like me or trust me. She said she has trust issues. That's her problem, not mine.

New Castle is just as slow as Pudding Palace. Hopefully we will grow slowly as people spread the word. Check back with us down the road.

Shakti - the Female Energy 3_MotherEarth_1

In the Beginning there was a Goddess

Earth Mother

During the earliest culture people perceived themselves a one with the animals, not separate species, both were natured like the rocks and the tress, by the life force emanating from the earth itself.

Accumulating archaeological evidence affirms that early cultures worshiped a female deity. This evidence and early writings documents the persistence of Goddess religion for nearly 30,000 years, beginning after the Ice Age. With the coming of agriculture, in the Neolithic Age that followed, the religion of the Goddess flowered. Outside mainstream Western culture and the Islamic world, female deities are still worshiped today.

The Demise of the Goddess

The demise of the Goddess can be traced back to the invasions of warlike nomadic people from the Asiatic and European north who overran the centers of Goddess culture in southeastern Europe, the Near East, and India causing large-scale destruction and dislocation. They brought with them their sky gods who ruled from the heavens. The Goddess, women, and their values were suppressed. Patriarchy, the domination of culture by men, was the new order of society. The patriarchal culture made women inferior to that of men.

In their earliest development they left neither tables nor temples. It is only upon their arrival in to Goddess-worshipping communities of the East that they come to our attention. The lack of evidence of earlier cultural centers in their northern homelands of Russian and the Caucasus region also portrays them as aggressive warriors. The invasion by the northern people was a series of migrations which took place over a period of thousands of years. The northern invaders viewed themselves as superior people, primarily based upon their ability to conquer the more culturally developed people of the Goddess. A group of aggressive warriors accompanied by a priestly cast, invaded conquered and them ruled the indigenous population of each land they entered.

These northern people brought with them the concepts of light as good and dark as evil and of a supreme male deity. The Iceman Heritance European's attempt to dominate the world through racism.

The last of the Goddess temples was not closed until the fifth century. With the suppression of the Goddess, much has been lost to human culture. As history was re-written by the victors, Goddess religion has been portrayed as heretical, bad, of the devil, and pagan. Woman who identified with the Goddess and her ways, were branded and denied full participation in society. Some where even labeled as witches and burned at the stake.

This transition was not just a gender change from Goddess to God but a paradigm shift with the imposition of a different reality, of different categories of being, that deeply affected human relationship. Woman, the female, the feminine, was excluded in this shift of consciousness. All that was most valued in the Goddess culture was devalued, given lesser priority, rejected. The death blow to Goddess culture was delivered by monotheism in which one male, all-powerful and absolute, ruled both the heavens and the earth. Monotheistic faiths were implacable foes of the Goddess.

Monotheism

The concept of monotheism, one god, is a relatively recent one, first expressed by the ancient Hebrews less than 4,000 years. ago. The exclusive authority of one universal male god in Western culture goes back less than 1,700 years to the conversion of the Roman Emperor Constantine in 320 CE and his imposition of Christianity as the state religion. Since that time Christianity has actively attempted to convert the rest of the world , through violence, to one so-called true faith.

Bible Records

As we know, the Bible records the continuous battle waged by the ancient Hebrews against the worship of the Goddess. There can be little doubt that the continuous attacks as recorded in the Old Testament, destroyed much precious and irretrievable information. Even in later periods Christians were known throughout the world for their destruction of sacred icons and literature belonging to the so-called pagan or heathen religions. The Christians became the persecutors who persecuted the so-called pagans. Temples and images were destroyed by fire and their devotees where either mistreated or killed. As the worship of the earlier deities was suppressed temples where destroyed, closed or converted into Christian churches and statues and historic records were obliterated by the missionary father of Christianity.

The writers of the Judo-Christian Bible, as we know it today, purposely glossed over the sexual identity of the female deity who was held sacred by the neighbors of the Hebrews in Canaan, Babylon and Egypt. The Old Testament does not even have a word for Goddess.

Witch-Hunts and Burnings

Witch burnings reached their peak in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The fifteenth century in Europe was a critical period of great political and religious upheaval. The witch- hunts were an expression of traditional restraints and an increase of new religious doctrine. The persecution of so-called witches had to do with the expropriation of land and natural resources; the expropriation of knowledge, and the war against the consciousness of immanence, which was embodied in women, sexuality and magic.

Witches were accused of worshipping the devil and having sexual intercourse with him. If crops failed, horses ray away, women miscarried, or butter wouldn't churn, a witch would be blamed. Witch-hunts became widespread in the late fifteenth century when Pope Innocent VII declared witchcraft a heresy and extended the power of the Inquisition to its practioners. It was open season on all aberrant people, some men but mostly women of the peasant working class, the lower strata of society, midwives, herbalists, the old wise women, widows, and spinsters, - women unprotected by a man.

Estimates of Witches executed range range around 100,000. Their where many who were not officially executed but died in prisons. The climate of terror feed to this number. Anyone could be accused of being a Witch. Once accused, the suspected Witch was subjected to torture. Whether the accused yield to intolerable pain and named others or confessed to whatever her tortures suggested, whether she was strangled at the stake before burning or burned alive, or hung, or banished, or whether she committed suicide, accusation meant ruin. When you look back over historical time of patriarchy there is terrible evidents of a relentless desire to crush the female essence, human and divine.

How Can There Be a God Without a Goddess?

The Bible

The Bible has always heavily influenced American beliefs and customs.
Genesis is always quoted as “proof” that God designed women to be a
dependent helpmate to the man and to be submissive to him.
The Bible, as we know it now, is the product of:-censorship,copying of
older manuscripts,added material,purging,changing names/locations -
first by Levite priests who had the power of decision over what was
significant to be incorporated into the history and second by a series of
European councils.

The Goal

The goal was the separation and mutual hostility of the female and male
and the punishment of the female by the male
(to the degradation of both.)

Hebrews

The Hebrews were a nomadic patriarchal tribe of sheepherders and
warriors who invaded land long belonging to the matriarchal Canaanites.
There they established themselves on Canaanite land with their sky and
thunder god Yahweh (Jehovah), calling themselves his “chosen people.”
Yahweh’s male prophets and priests had to carry on a continuous struggle
against their own people from worshipping the Goddess of the Eastern people.
This constant fight against the matriarchal religion and customs is the p
primary theme of the Old Testament.

Goddess Symbols and Woman Cursed

The very first thing that the Levite writers did, as an act against the women,
was to have her and her symbols cursed in the garden.

The old Goddess religion was damned, her people slaughtered and the
stolen mythology of the new male God was written down by male,
so-called prophets and thus given textual authority as the word of God.

Destruction of the Goddess Religion

The civilizations that recognized the Goddess, which had flourished for
thousands of years, were gradually exterminated. It was the Hebrew
Levities and then the Christians that suppressed and destroyed the
worship of the female deity wherever it still existed.

The Christians were known throughout the world for their destruction of
sacred iconsand literature, belonging to the so-called “heathen religions.”
The missionaries of Christianity obliterated statues and historical records.
Though the destruction was major, it was not total. Fortunately, many
objects were overlooked; remnants that today tell their OWN versions.

Cult

In most archaeological texts the female religion is referred to as a
“fertility cult.” The word “cult” has the implication of something less
fine or civilized than the word “religion.”
The primitive rituals associated with Judeo-Christians were always
respectfully described as “religion.”
It is typical for Westerners to view Eastern religions as “pagan,” while
flattering themselves that their Christian worldview and culture is truth.
This vain view comes about as a result of not knowing very much about
world history and cultures.

The Last of the Goddess Temples

-Emperor Constantine in 300AD brought an end to the ancient sanctuary of Ashtoreth.
-Emperor Theodosius in 380AD closed the temple Goddess of Artemis
(Diana) at Ephesus.
-Emperor Justinian in 450AD converted the remaining temples of Isis into
Christian churches.

Queen of Heaven

Jeremiah 44:15-19

……..all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in
the land of Egypt…saying

We will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our OWN mouth,
to burn incense unto the Queen of Heaven, and to pour out drink offerings
unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings and our
princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, for then
had we PLENTY of victuals, and were well, and SAW NO EVIL.

But since we left off to burn incense to the Queen of Heaven, and to pour
out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been
consumed by the sword and by the famine.

And when we burned incense to the Queen of Heaven, and poured out
drink offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her,
and pour out drink offerings unto her without our men?

She was known as Ashtoreth in the “promise land.”
In Egypt she was known as the Goddess Isis or Hathor.

Goddess Symbols

Cobra - (Serpent)
-worn on forehead as the eye of wisdom
-a symbol of mystic insight and wisdom
-hieroglyphic sign for the word Goddess
-associated with healing and medicine
-Tree (Tree of Good and Evil)
-in ancient records mentioned as sacred
-called the sycamore or fig
-referenced with the Goddess Hathor of Egypt
-Grove – (Goddess)
-Referred to in the bible as the Goddess Ashtoreth (2 Kings 23:6)
High Places
-Built for Ashtoreth (II Kings 23:13)
-Groves - (Garden)
-Trees (Deu 16:21)
-Ordered to be cut down (Exodus 34:13)
-Yet Abram planted (Genesis 21:33)

Goddess Names – Bible

Ashtart – Judges 2:13
Ashtoreth – I King 11:5, 33
Ashtaroth – Judges 2:13, I Samuel 12:10
Queen of Heaven – Jeremiah 44:17
Diana/Artemis - Acts 19:24

Her Canaanite names were Asherah, Astarte, Ashtoreth.
The people of the Old Testament, like everyone else in the near east,
practiced Goddess worship. The Old Testament is the record of the
conquest and massacre of these people by nomadic patriarch Hebrew
tribes, followers of a male sky/thunder/lightening God, who then set up
their own bible God in the place of the Ancient Goddess.

Genesis

"I will put enmity between you and the woman"

The biblical myth of Eve and Adam and their expulsion from the Garden of Eden is a tale of the separation of the female from the male, at God's commandment according to the Judaic-Christian teachings.

The Eve and Adam myth, with its bias stories, was designed to be used in the continuous battles to suppress the female religious. Symbols such as the garden, serpent and sacred tree where once understood by the people of biblical times to symbolize the then familiar presence of the female deity. It ended up Eve would desire only her husband, rendering this whole fable as a device to provide divine sanctions for male supremacy and a male kinship system.

Eve - The Source of the "Original Sin"

As a child, we are taught that man not woman was made in the image of God. Eve was made from Adam's rib, brought to him for a companion and a helpmate to keep him from being lonely. Therefore, woman is not complete without man, while man is complete all by himself. Eve was considedred to be foolishly gullible and easily tricked by the promises of the serpent. She defied God and provoked Adam to do the same, thus ruining a good thing. The previously blissful life in the garden of Eden was ruined, while Adam was never thought to be equally foolish or blameful.

We are told that by eating the fruit, the woman possessed sexual consciousness before man did and in turn tempted man to partake of the forbidden fruit, to join her sinfully in sexual pleasures. This was a warning to the Hebrew men to stay away from the sacred women of the temles, if they succumbed to the temptations of the women, they simultaneously accepted the female deity.

Sexism is everywhere. It's buried in our language, written his-story, practiced in our societies, religion and lurks in sacred images. Through white males, the images of Eve and Adam where established. Gender studies are the only way to see what really needs to be seen. Images of women created by male artists, are seen as part of a patriarchal discourse on women, which asserts itself as power over women.

Shakti - the Female Energy 3_blackm3_1

Who is the Black Madonna?

She is our Mother Earth, the Female Principle, our Primordial Mother, symbol of Wisdom and integration and resolution of the opposites.

As a powerful goddesses of the ancient times, she returns with the sacred characteristics of the Virgin Mary. Metaphorically Virgin, but not in the Patriarchal meaning, for she does not belong to any man, but to all men. She provides life. Men as fruits of the earth come from her and to her we all return, to Mother Nature, to the Goddess-Mother.

The story of the Black Madonna has the quality of the profound mysteries. It has therefore a heretical secret which cannot be revealed in writing, but only transmitted by the oral tradition, a privilege of the initiated. From what can be revealed through writing, we have the historical registry which sends us to the worship of Mother Earth, the Great Mother, the Goddess. Darkness precedes light and she is mother. The first wisdom was dark and feminine, eternal womb which in the religious African tradition is represented by the female ancestral power .

Pre-historical

The most ancient manifestations of the Mother Earth date back to Pre-historical times. One of the manifestations which arrived to us is a small figure, "La Polichinelle". The profile shows a sharp projection of buttocks, breast and belly. The justly famous Venus of Sespugne has a tailpiece scored with vertical lines that resemble tail feathers (Pyrenees, France). In Ur there is another archaic registry of the Goddess Mother, a small statue in which she is shown with her divine son, both with a snake head.

She shows up in Sumeria as the super popular Inanna with a double personality: in the morning she is the valuable "Lady of the Battles", goddess of the heroes, and in the evening she be comes the goddess of fertility, of the pleasures of love. She fertilizes the grains, the earth and the man. She does not be long to one man only, but to several. Her priestesses are the "sacred prostitutes" who, like the virgins who do not belong to any man, metaphorically they do not belong to any because they belong to all. They have a multiple womb which belongs to all men, for theirs is the womb of the goddess Inanna - Mother Earth - which they will become.

We see Mother Earth be worshiped as Ishtar in Babylonia, and later as Isis in Egypt, and as Astarte among the Hebrews. In Frigia she appears as Cybele (Diana of the nine fires, indicating fertility.

Still in Egypt Mother Earth appears as Neith, the oldest and wisest of the goddesses. Protector of the dead and of the war, she was head of the practical arts. She is the night sky which bends over the earth, forming with her hands and feet the gates of Life and Death. The first-born androgynous is a virgin who fertilized herself, bringing the life she produced to all the worlds.

Where the Mother Earth (our Black Madonna) is most developed was in the Aegean-Cretean culture, where the Goddess Mother was originally venerated in caves, and whose priests were women. She is the Lady of the Beasts, of the mountains and of the birds. The serpents and the animals of the lower world and the wild ones were sacred to her, and the dove was in its crown as the Holy Ghost is in Mary's. She is the animal mother always with bare breasts, and nurses the Zeus child like a goat, pig or cow. As indicated by the fur clothing and the priestesses' clothing always with bare breasts, she dates back to the Stone Age.

The goddess of Crete - of the Greeks, is the lady of the lower world, of the bottom of the earth and of death. Her earthly womb is the womb of death, as it is also the center of fertility from where life sprouts. To enter the labyrinth means entering this womb to face death and from where, like a grain of wheat, one comes out gloriously reborn.

The Goddess Mothers in the Christian World

With the beginning of the Christian era, so started the declines of the deities of all the Mother Earths. Yet not even Paul, the Apostle, was able to completely prevent her worship. She was Diana in the Roman world, the goddess. The three great goddesses of the East, Isis, Cybele and Diana of Ephesus, were represented as being black, established themselves in the East before the Romanization.

It is usually a consensus that the first images of the Black Madonna and her divine son were representations of Isis and Horus. In the last centuries of the Roman rule, the East welcomed Isis as the great universal goddesses. Isis reigned in Paris, until she was Christianly replaced by Saint Genevieve, her present patroness.

Until the 4th century one can perceive the religious feeling based on the Great Universal Mother and her soft characteristics of love, forgiveness and welcome. The Christian church, however, established after Constantine, gives the privilege and demands from its followers the growth of a blind faith which emphasizes the challenging and strict masculinity of its martyrs. The sublime and subtle qualities of the feminine are rejected and a period of darkness and clandestinity befalls the matriarch goddesses, providers of life, pleasure and happiness.

The Black Madonna became consistently present after the Crusades. Especially the Knight Templars, who brought to their countries small statues of black Virgins which were considered exotic pagan representations. The great celebration of the Knight Templars was Pentecost, day of the Holy Ghost and, the Dove belongs to Mother Earth as the Holy Ghost belongs to Mary.

Inquisiton

The 14th century, sets the end of the flourishing of this femininity with the first fires of the Inquisition, which burned for 500 years. This great fire burns and defames the Knight Templars and heads the "witch hunting", in an attempt to eliminate the female principle of pleasure, freedom and peace of Mother Earth.

The Black Madonna In Europe

Black Madonna is a nickname used in Europe. It refers to the skin tones of Mary and the baby Jesus. Mary, Jesus, St. Joseph lived in a hot arid climate. Their skin tone would be dark brown or olive in order to survive the intensity of the sun and avoid skin cancer. It wasn't until the Renaissance that they begin to have paintings of Jesus and Mary with alabaster skin, blue eyes and blond hair. Previously, all religious artwork reflected the olive skin, black or brown hair and eyes of the Holy Family and the Apostles.

What this slave has to say...........
Okay when will we get it, the female is the vessel needed to grow and nurture life. THis is not something to be taken for granted, not unless you are a power hungry half human, disregarding the female, that uses DNA technology or something else to produce life with. It's all about power.

I've always wondered about the trinity and having one body that does everything and these kind of people who are hell bent on being immortal.

I also think that blaming the female was a cover up for something, there needed to be a scapegoat. The goddess is all of the esoteric knowledge and the power mongers had to hide all of that, so instead of saying such wisdoms existed, they just called it the goddess. So now not only is the knowledge not revealed, but it never was, and what it was, was just the Goddess. Wow, MY...........we are given so much............!

Good thing we have this sexual energy and I will say again........

"The assemblage point moves very gently and naturally. Mental balance is nothing but the fixing of the assemblage point on one spot we're accustomed to. If dreams make that point move, and dreaming is used to control that natural movement, and sexual energy is needed for dreaming, the result is sometimes disastrous when sexual energy is dissipated in sex instead of dreaming. Then dreamers move their assemblage point erratically and lose their minds." (see mind control experiments and the orgone energy) "You are a dreamer, If you're not careful with your sexual energy, you might as well get used to the idea of erratic shifts of your assemblage point. A moment ago you were bewildered by your reactions.

Well, your assemblage point moves almost erratically, because your sexual energy is not in balance." "Our sexual energy is what governs dreaming, " he explained. "My teacher taught me--and I taught you--that you either make love with your sexual energy or you dream with it. There is no other way. The reason I mention it at all is because you are having great difficulty shifting your assemblege point to grasp our last topic: the abstract. "

I've always wondered about the trinity and
having one body that does everything and these kind of people who are hell bent on being immortal.

The Triple Moon or Triple Goddess is a Goddess symbol that represents the Maiden, Mother, and Crone as the waxing, full, and waning moon. It is also associated with feminine energy, mystery and psychic abilities.
Shakti - the Female Energy Goddess_triple_moon2
The Maiden represents enchantment, inception, expansion, the female
principle, the promise of new beginnings, youth, excitement, and a
carefree erotic aura. The Maiden in Greek Mythology is Persephone -
purity - and a representation of new beginnings. Other maiden goddesses include: Brigid, Nimue, among others.

The Mother represents ripeness, fertility, fulfillment,
stability, and power. The Mother Goddess in Greek mythology is Demeter, represtning wellspring of life, giving and compassionate. Other mother goddesses include: Aa, Ambika, Ceres, Astarte, Lakshmi. The Crone represents wisdom, repose, and compassion.

The Crone in Greek mythology is Hecate - wise, knowing, a culmination of a lifetime of experience. Crone goddesses include: Hel, Maman Brigitte, Oya, Sedna, Skuld, and others.

The Trinity has been hidden away from people.

Basically it is this:

Inside the physical body two spirits live. They are called the unconscious and conscious mind. They are two, not one. The unconscious mind is closer to the animal world and it is the so called unconscious mind (I call it spirit, because
it is independent) runs this body, keeps you heart beating, controls the
storage of memory and all the involuntary muscles..) The conscious mind, that what we refer to as I is what WE are. We live in the body with our "little brother or little sister". And then there is another part that is connected to us and it is called the Higher Consciousness, sometimes called the Guardian Angel. This entity is not ourselfs, but is evolutionarily our Spirit parents. It is a independent spirit as well, but looks after us like a parent.

The trinity is that you have a little brother/sister spirit inhabiting the physcial body with you and we usually refer to it as our unconsciousness, but you dont "own it", it is independent. And the Higher Concsious Self is seldomly ever recognized in our world....

because they have replaced it with THEIR VERSION disguised "Trinity" and want you to pray to their priests and churches instead to your own Parent Spirit.

Your Parent Spirit is your negociator in the Spirit world, unless you give this
away and let a priest take that position.

I am not "against" Priests(hood)...but I don't like "some of them" much.

"First in my prayer, before all other deities,
I call upon Gaia, Primeval Prophetess . . .
The Greek great earth mother."

~Aeschylus~

Oh Goddess, Source of Gods and Mortals,
All-Fertile, All-Destroying Gaia,
Mother of All, Who brings forth the bounteous fruits and flowers,
All variety, Maiden who anchors the eternal world in our own,
Immortal, Blessed, crowned with every grace,
Deep bosomed Earth, sweet plains and fields fragrant grasses in the nurturing rains,
Around you fly the beauteous stars, eternal and divine,
Come, Blessed Goddess, and hear the prayers of Your children,
And make the increase of the fruits and grains your constant care, with the fertile seasons Your handmaidens,
Draw near, and bless your supplicants.

~Orphic Hymn to Gaia~

I love this topic. Seems we're all in sync on this one. I have to put the Charge of the Goddess in:

Charge of the Goddess

Listen to the words of the Great Mother, Who of old was called Artemis, Astarte, Dione, Melusine, Aphrodite, Cerridwen, Diana, Arionrhod, Brigid, and by many other names: Whenever you have need of anything, once a month, and better it be when the moon is full, you shall assemble in some secret place and adore the spirit of Me Who is Queen of all the Wise. You shall be free from slavery, and as a sign that you be free you shall be naked in your rites. Sing, feast, dance, make music and love, all in My Presence, for Mine is the ecstasy of the spirit and Mine also is joy on earth. For My law is love unto all beings. Mine is the secret that opens the door of youth, and Mine is the cup of wine of life that is the cauldron of Cerridwen, that is the holy grail of immortality. I give the knowledge of the spirit eternal, and beyond death I give peace and freedom and reunion with those that have gone before. Nor do I demand aught of sacrifice, for behold, I am the Mother of all things and My love is poured out upon the earth. Hear the words of the Star Goddess, the dust of Whose feet are the hosts of Heaven, whose body encircles the universe: I Who am the beauty of the green earth and the white moon among the stars and the mysteries of the waters, I call upon your soul to arise and come unto me. For I am the soul of nature that gives life to the universe. From Me all things proceed and unto Me they must return. Let My worship be in the heart that rejoices, for behold, all acts of love and pleasure are My rituals. Let there be beauty and strength, power and compassion, honor and humility, mirth and reverence within you. And you who seek to know Me, know that the seeking and yearning will avail you not, unless you know the Mystery: for if that which you seek, you find not within yourself, you will never find it without. For behold, I have been with you from the beginning, and I am That which is attained at the end of desire.

May the Earth continue to
live

May the
heavens above continue to
live

May the rains
continue to dampen the land

May the
wet forests continue to
grow

then the
flowers shall bloom

and
we
humans shall
live again.

Dice, that's a good explanation, here's a social theory about the Catholic religion trinity version from a person raised as a Catholic:
If the trinity is the ultimate body/spirit, then why is it called the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and the female taken away.
That is because that religion is based on one of sexual perversion. Targeting boys. They target girls too, but they say it is natural to get them, but for a male to have sexual contact with a boy, that is a Religious Experience!

About myself, I just have to take some more steps, otherwise I'm in a "suspended state of mind" like most others. Smile

She is like a beautiful gazelle. Look at those long legs.

If they paid her like a high fashion model for just this one shot, she could support her whole village in high style for many generations.

Yes, i find beautiful people in native Africa and in native parts of the Americas - unlike a large portion of our "civilized" portion of America (of all races).

I would say the processed food and all the chemicals (not to mention the stress of rat race) have something to do with so many overweight, overaggressive people i have to deal with around here every day. Such life style seem to sap not only Shakti from females, but also the Life Energy (Qi) out of everybody.

These Africans are beautiful because they are not burdened and worn out by the so called civilization. This discussion reminds me of Henry David Thoreau, a reflective philosophy upon simple living in natural surroundings, and his essay, Civil Disobedience, an argument for individual resistance to civil government in moral opposition to an unjust state. He was ahead of his time.

THose African women are the most beautiful!

SInce I'm trying to make a point, now I guess I have to give an example about how important this sexual energy is.

I really do feel that how well you can leave your body, or become lucid or dream or how much energy you have in general is directly linked with the sexual energy.

That's when the womb energy kicked and becomes a powerhouse. THat's the place where females generate energy. Now I understand why this kind of energy was made taboo and hush hush for thousands of years. It's one of the biggest secrets that has been kept hidden.

Ladies out there, we got to get to know our wombs and understand what we have. It's crazy to think that it has other purposes than for childbearing, but it's true it does. I'm not sure how I got to where I am and my womb has a mind of it's own, but just reserving this energy and doing some techniques might help you to dream better, this goes for guys as well.

That is why "enmity between the gender was put" - to devide and then
rule over the people.

Who resisted to conform was called a Witch Terrorist and burnt at the stake
or drowned or stoned or beheaded or hanged, etc.

Over the centuries very strange and terrible dogmas concerning women
and sex was indoctrinated until almost all of the wise women and men
were anihilated.

When the "grip of surpression" wore off too much......

Guess why todays population is getting over-sexed. No matter were you
turn your eyes, you see woman exploited again, this time the other way
around by reducing them as sex-objects...with exagerated physical
proportions - serving lust-sluts.

.....and animating the people to adopt this perception.

First people were told that woman are the root of all evil, and to refrain
from sex until marriage and to not wank and to basically have a
hostile attitude towards their sexual feelings. They developed either
a strong romantic capacity or tended towards the "practicality of a
shared household", but in either case people were very prude and
ashamed for their sexual desires, developing many kinds of complexes.

Today, after a dramatic reversal into the other extreme......

The results have been extremely destructive and has left both gender
almost dehumanized because they treat each other like objects now,
and the worst - they tend to disconnect their sex from the feeling
of love. Sex is now consumed and people don't realize that they burn
all their energy very fast leaving them frustrated and dissatisfied.

This way they manipulate the sexual behaviour to produce a destructive
form of sexual energy.

The main goal is to form peoples perceptions and indoctrinate them with the
"current sexual fashion" to keep them under control and easily lead.

The other aspect of life they try to control is the issue of death.
Sex and death/display of twisted violence are the biggest tabu
and the tools of their manipulation.

They give you certain believes of death and turned death into a
very anonymous subject.

Profound sex that satisfies and elevates is achieved by connecting ones
spiritual aspect with a feeling of love in ones heart and the body when
engaging in a sexual experience.

Today we are led to believe that sex is mechanical and a purly physical
event, celebrating a odd body-cult, anything but natural, lead to ignore the
other aspects that should play an equal role in keeping the human sane,
healthy and natural.

This is my personal observation and interpretation.

I hope I don't offend anone with my personal thoughts....

I am sure you know what I wrote about though.
